​Being a chef for over 20 years, I have picked up a few handy tricks along the way.
 
One of my favourites is.
 
The best way to get the juice from a lime.
Cut the lime in half and put it in the microwave for 2 minutes on full power.
Let it cool for 1 minute (you can put more than one lime in at a time).
You will be able to squeeze every last drop of juice from the lime with ease.
