About Ruby Orange
I have worked as a professional chef for over 20 years, from the galley of the Disney cruise liner to the kitchen of the director’s dining room at Coutts bank, I feel that I have seen, cooked and tasted it all (well almost!). I’ve been privileged enough to prepare food for some of the high flyers in society, including Jools Holland and her majesty the Queen.
In 2013 I started Ruby Orange because I am not only passionate about food, but also love to organise all aspects of the catering for an event, providing not only the food but also if required the waiting staff and equipment. I felt that as I have the knowledge, passion and drive it was time for me to channel that into my own business. I believe in always putting the food and the service first. It’s because of this that I keep up with the latest food trends, and always ensure that my ingredients are carefully selected and my seasonal menus meticulously planned to suit your occasion, tastes and budget.
